  • All students must complete the Academic Year Registration/Agreement Form.
  • Registration is not considered final until the form is completed and payment is received.
  • All applications are considered in the order received.
  • If the class or classes requested are not available, you will be notified of alternative classes and/or placed on a waiting list for an opening.
  • If an in-person meeting is required, you may call or email the school for an appointment or visit an open house. Also, we offer preview classes, so if you would like to visit us, please call.

  • TUITION INFORMATION

    • Tuition is NOT a monthly fee; it is based on our academic year calendar from September - May.
    • You may pay tuition in full, in two payments (Term 1/Term 2), or in 9 monthly payments September - May.
    • Tuition is calculated by adding the total number of class hrs. per week/per student.
    • Tuition and fees may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, or check. Checks should be made payable to “Arts Ballet Academy.”

    HOURLY DISCOUNT:
    As the number of hours increase, Arts Ballet decreases the hourly tuition rate to encourage multiple classes/week and make it affordable. This discount is already figured into tution.

    FAMILY DISCOUNT
    A discount is given to families with more than one student enrolled in the dance and musical theater programs for Arts Ballet Academy. Each sibling will receive the following discounts:

    • $5 off each student's monthly tuition of <$100 (monthly payment)
    • $10 off each student's monthly tuition of $100-$199(monthly payment)
    • $20 off each student's monthly tuition of $200+ (monthly payment)

    FEES:

    • Registration Fee – $40.00 for first child, $30 for second child, $20 for third child, $10 for fourth child
    • Returned Check/Insufficient Funds Fee – $35.00 (based on bank fees)
    • Late Fee Policy: To make payments more efficient for everyone and to eliminate late fees, a new policy has been adopted for 2016-2017. In place of the Late Fee, a credit card is required at the time of registration. If payment has not been received by the 15th of the month, the credit card will automatically be charged for the tuition plus a 4% Credit Card Fee.

    TUITION/WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT
    By registering for the 2016-2017 academic year, parents/students are obligated for the tuition, l fees, and registration fees based on their enrollment. From September - February, students may withdraw from classes at any time. Refunds are not given for the current month of classes when withdrawal notice is received, but will be given for any addition months remaining in the year. After March 1st, students withdrawing will still be obligated to pay the remainder of their tuition for the year.

    SINGLE CLASS RATES
    1 hour class - $15
    1:15-1:30 hour class - $18
    2 hour class - $20
    Private Coaching - $35/30 min; $65/hour; $90/1.5 hour

    ARTS BALLET PUNCH CARD SYSTEM Adults and College Students Only
    10 punch card $60
    20 punch card $100
    40 punch card $160

    1 hour class    -    2 punches
    1:15-1:45 hour class   -   3 punches
    2 hour class  -   4 punches

    Details: Punch cards expire six months after the date of purchase. Cards may not be shared or transferred, except immediate family members.  No refunds; medical exceptions only.
